To see the illusion:

Relax and stare at the 4 dots near the centre of the image above, do this for about 30 seconds.
Slowly shift your gaze from the screen to a wall near you.
You should see a circle of light formed on the wall.
Start blinking and you will see a form appear in the centre of the circle.
What do you see? rather Whom do you see?
